This weekend saw the best fencers compete in the National Championships in London. Hannah Nesbitt from Leon Paul Epee Club coached by Jon Willis, solidly carve her way through the tableux to the final fight against Hannah Lawrence and had to settle for a silver medal! Next weekend Hannah is off to the European Under 23 Championships in Plodiv Bulgaria!

British Fencing have awarded Bronze Medals of Houour to Newcastle Fencing Centre coach Iain Aberdeen and Master Armourer and Harlequins coach Rob Kirby! These awards are to commend the work that people do for fencing in the UK and will be awarded at the AGM on the 10th October.
