North East Awarded by British Fencing!
On the evening of the National Championships in London, British Fencing was celebrating the people and projects in the UK that have stood out and made a contribution to fencing.
This year had a specific award for regions who have made a difference to the sport and supported clubs and workforce in their region. The North East was placed against Eastern, East Midlands and Southern. Beth Davidson, Regional Development Officer attended the awards and was also personally nominated for Development Coach of the Year collected the Region's accolade, presented by Olympic Skier and BBC commentator Graham Bell at the ceromony!
