North East fencers Matt Dickinson and Maddie Whitfield have been selected to represent Great Britain in the 2015 European Cadet Championships in Maribor, Slovenia at the end of February!

Both fencers train at Laszlos Fencing based at the Fencing Centre located at Durham University and coached by Hungarian Professor Laszlo Jakab.

Matt Dickinson recently came 5th in an international competition in Bonn with over 200 fencers from all over Europe so he will be setting his sights on the top spot!
